How to Renew Professional Software Updates with SSA-PRO-C

SSA-PRO-C is the Professional server software-update product used for the applicable current-version update transaction. The server edition and identifier should be verified before ordering.

Confirm Professional edition

Check the server license information and confirm that the feature level is Professional. Enterprise systems require a different SSA product.

Prepare the identifier

Provide the MAC address from the server license information or the original Exacq server serial number when available.

Check version and update date

Record the installed exacqVision version and current software-update expiration. This helps determine the correct renewal path.

Install the renewed license

Apply the updated license file and verify the software-update expiration before installing a newer server version.
