About EVIP-TRANSFER
EVIP-TRANSFER moves an existing exacqVision server license from the current server identifier to a new server MAC address. It is used when replacing hardware, migrating the system or moving the installation to another server.
Before the transfer is processed, the existing server must have an active Software Subscription Agreement. Use SSA-PRO-C for Professional systems or SSA-ENT-C for Enterprise systems.
Common Questions Before Ordering
What information is required for a license transfer?
Provide the current server MAC address or original server serial number, the new server MAC address and any available license information.
Is active SSA required?
Yes. A valid active SSA is required before the transfer can be processed.
How long does the transfer take?
Most transfers are completed by the next business day after all required information and payment are received.
