MAC Address or Server Serial Number

Every ExacqVision server license is created for a specific server identifier.

Custom-built or third-party servers

Provide the MAC address shown in the ExacqVision Server License Information screen. A MAC address normally contains 12 hexadecimal characters, for example:

00-1A-2B-3C-4D-5E

Original ExacqVision servers

For an original ExacqVision appliance, you may provide the server serial number instead of the MAC address. The original server serial number is sufficient for us to identify the relevant server information.

If the server has several network adapters or you are unsure which identifier to submit, contact us before ordering and we will help verify the correct information.
