ExacqVision Licensing Guide

How to Add More IP Camera Licenses to exacqVision

Additional IP camera channels are added by applying a new license to the existing recorder. The camera-license product must match the server edition.

Choose the correct product

Use EVIP-01 for a Professional server.

Use EVENIP-01 for an Enterprise server.

Provide the server identifier

Submit the server MAC address shown in the license information. An original server serial number can also be useful for identifying Exacq hardware.

State the quantity

Camera licensing is per IP camera channel. Specify the exact number of additional channels required.

Apply and verify

Apply the new license to the intended server and verify the new maximum IP camera count. Check that the feature level remains correct.

Before ordering

Confirm that the requested cameras are supported using the official camera compatibility tool. Camera compatibility and camera-channel licensing are separate checks.

Frequently asked questions

Can I mix EVIP-01 and EVENIP-01?

Does a camera license include SSA?

New license products may include the software-update term stated in the product description; verify the current catalog and quotation.
