Which camera license is used for Professional systems?
EVIP-01 is the Professional IP camera license.
Which camera license is used for Enterprise systems?
EVENIP-01 is the Enterprise IP camera license.
Which SSA is used for Professional servers?
SSA-PRO-C is used for an exacqVision Professional server.
Which SSA is used for Enterprise servers?
SSA-ENT-C is used for an exacqVision Enterprise server.
Is active SSA required for a server transfer?
Yes. The correct Professional or Enterprise SSA must be active before EVIP-TRANSFER is processed.
What server identifier should I provide?
Provide the MAC address shown in the Server License Information screen, or the original exacqVision server serial number for an original appliance.
How are licenses delivered?
Licenses are delivered electronically after the order is processed.
How long does activation normally take?
Most activations are completed by the next business day after all required information and payment are received.
